“Norte e sur” is Antilia’s first album. His compositions have an Atlantic, open, nostalgic, but also diaphanous and vital flavor. They leave no one indifferent. With influences from jazz, blues, symphonic rock and folk contributions, with a touch of sophistication in the arrangements and escaping the obvious. Poetic texts in Galician that get a direct thread with the public and that go beyond the common places.

Thus, Norte e Sur is Antilia’s first work (by actress and singer María Costas and guitarist José Churruca) that it offers, in addition to a curious and interesting cover by the hand of Carlos Maño, a lot of intimate and personal songs, with delicate and sweet melody lyrics, dressed in a kind of contrast between the soft, enveloping and precious voice of María and the arrangements, sometimes even with a touch of rock, by José Churruca The band is completed by bassist Pablo Vidal and drummer Noli Torres, and for the album they had luxury collaborations such as Uxia (vocals), Pablo Novoa (guitar) or Carlos Castro (percussions).
