Blitzkrieg Bop Backing Track

“Blitzkrieg Bop” is a song by the American punk-rock group Ramones written for their first self-titled album released in 1976. It is, in addition to the most successful and well-known song of the band, a reference not only of punk-rock but of rock and roll in general.

It was primarily written by the band’s drummer, Tommy Ramone, and the repetitive, chorus that the song begins with, “Hey, ho! Let’s go!” it is already an identifying sign of the group.Bassist Dee Dee Ramone contributed to the title (originally titled “Animal Hop”)./p>

It has been covered by a large number of artists and bands and is considered by many to be the first song of the punk-rock genre in history.
